These terms govern your use of the Selling Made Easy training platform. Please read the educational-use disclaimer and limitation of liability carefully.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By creating an account or using Selling Made Easy, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
All scenarios, coaching, scripts, feedback, and materials are provided for general educational and training purposes only. They are simulations. They are not legal, financial, tax, lending, insurance, investment, real estate, or other professional advice, and they do not create any professional or advisory relationship between you and Selling Made Easy.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for how you use what you learn. Before using any technique with a real client, you must make sure it complies with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, codes of ethics, and the policies of your brokerage, lender, carrier, dealership, firm, or employer. This includes, without limitation, fair housing, fair lending, consumer protection, privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing and do-not-call rules, advertising rules, and suitability or disclosure obligations. When in doubt, consult your compliance department, managing broker, or a qualified professional.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We make no promise or guarantee of any income, sales, commissions, listings, approvals, policies, or other results from using the platform. Simulated client reactions are scripted and may not reflect how real people respond.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in details confidential, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not copy, resell, record, redistribute, or create derivative works from the training content, scenarios, audio, or materials without our written permission. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
FEEDBACK, TESTIMONIALS, AND REFERRALS
Some lessons can be unlocked by sharing feedback or referring others. Feedback you submit must be honest and reflect your own experience. We will only publish your feedback as a testimonial if you give permission, and you may withdraw that permission at any time. When you refer someone, only share your link with people who would reasonably welcome it, and follow all applicable anti-spam and messaging laws. We may change or end unlock incentives at any time.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content may contain errors and may not reflect the rules in your jurisdiction.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selling Made Easy and its owners, team members, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, commissions, clients, data, or business, arising from your use of or reliance on the platform, including any action you take with a client, regulatory complaint, disciplinary action, or claim. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Selling Made Easy and its owners, team members, and partners from any claims, losses, fines, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your dealings with clients, or your violation of these terms or any law or regulation.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND THESE TERMS
We may add, change, or remove features and content over time. We may update these terms; significant changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.
Effective as of the date of publication. This page will be updated as the platform develops.
