LEGAL
PRIVACY POLICY.
This policy explains what information Selling Made Easy collects and how we use it.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you create a free account, we collect your first name, email address, password (stored securely and never visible to us), industry, and country. As you use the platform, we save your course progress, the industries you are enrolled in, and the date you accepted our terms. If you submit feedback, we store what you write, the name you choose to display, and whether you allow us to publish it.
REFERRALS AND CAMPAIGN INFORMATION
If you arrive through a referral link, we record which member referred you so they can receive credit; the referring member only sees a count of sign-ups, never your name or email. We also record the ad campaign or page that brought you to the site, so we can understand which messages are useful.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to run your account, deliver and personalize your training, save your progress, credit referrals, improve our content, and send you messages about your account and the program. We do not sell your personal information.
TESTIMONIALS
Feedback is private by default. We only publish it as a testimonial if you check the permission box, and we will only show the display name you provide. You can ask us to remove a published testimonial at any time.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your information is stored with a secure cloud provider, and access is limited to what is needed to operate the service. No system is completely secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. Depending on where you live (including U.S. states and Canadian provinces), you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor valid requests.
COOKIES
Essential cookies and local storage (always on): keep you signed in, run Stripe checkout, remember your settings and protect the site; they need no consent. Google Analytics (Analytics, off unless you allow it): Google LLC measures visits and how pages are used, so we can improve the site. Meta Pixel (Marketing, off unless you allow it): Meta Platforms measures visits and sign-ups from our ads and helps improve ad delivery; Google ads features in the same category do the same for Google ads. Neither tool loads until you accept it. We save your choice with the date and a version number in your browser and, if you are signed in, on your account; we ask again after 12 months or if this policy's cookie choices change. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email.
Effective as of the date of publication. This page will be updated as the platform develops.
